Carnival Themed Party

During my time in sales and events, I had the opportunity to design and execute a groundbreaking Christmas party that redefined how our brand celebrated the festive season. Traditionally, each venue hosted separate staff parties, but I spearheaded the concept of a brand-wide event, successfully integrating over 200 staff members from 7 different venues—a first in the company’s history.

To create a truly memorable experience, I developed a vibrant carnival theme, transforming the space with immersive décor, including bold, colorful displays, festive lighting, and a striking 6ft carnival cut-out as a centerpiece. The event was designed to foster engagement and team bonding across venues, with a mix of entertainment and activities tailored for a fun, energetic atmosphere.
